What to do...
Jericoacoara is an ideal location for water sports, windsurfing, kitesurfing (90% of days between July and January offer from 4.2 to 4.7 BFT), surfing and stand-up-paddle-boarding.

In addition to water sports, there is a wealth of activities to do in the region, horseback riding, hiking to the Pedra Furada, kayaking in the mangroves, sandboarding on the dunes, boating, taking yoga classes or Portuguese classes, learning samba or capoeira, receiving therapeutic massage, biking or quad-biking, taking buggy rides to the lagoons or to the Village of Tatajuba, exploring the different beaches, and watching the sunset from the dunes and the subsequent capoeira show.

The nightlife also offers many activities: shopping in the craft stores, tasting delicious local and international cuisines, or relaxing with a caipirinha while listening to live music, including Forró, MPB (Brazilian Popular Music), or reggae.
